Promoted to Captain

  To quote Rod Stewart, "It's been a long road, getting from there to here." Words that hold true when one thinks about the journey one takes in Bravo Fleet, climbing the officer ladder, working their way to the coveted rank of Captain and obtaining that fourth pip on their dossier. For most members, it is the highest attainable rank in the fleet based on activity alone.
  
  Most notably, Aaron's contributions to the fleet have come in the form of writing. Since his promotion to Commander on October 20th, 2022, Commander Geronimo Fontana, aka Aaron, has demonstrated an impeccable amount of activity, as recognized by his Legion of Merit on December 17th 2022. A feat that was achieved through significant contributions to the Blood Dilithium Campaign. Additional fiction contributions by Aaron since then saw him awarded the Star Cross on April 28th, 2023.
  
  However, Aaron has demonstrated that he is no stranger to competitions and gaming. He was also awarded Meritorious Service Cross on April 28th, 2023 for his participation in World of Warships, fleet gaming nights and a number of Bravo Fleet Competitions.
  
  Even since his two most recent awards, he has added an additional nine Service Ribbons, one Duty Ribbon, five Combat Action Ribbons, two Strategic Action Ribbons and three competitions entered to his activity record and shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon.
  
  Aaron had since chosen to branch out in the fleet and take on additional responsibility in a leadership capacity. On February 26th, 2023, he was appointed as Task Force 72's Executive Officer where he has spent a little over two months coaching his fellow members and helping them along the same path he has travelled, while also promoting camaraderie within the Task Force through consistent engagement and is often one of the first to welcome new members and congratulate them on their achievements.
  
  It is with great pleasure, for the activity and contributions above that he be recognized accordingly, and I hereby nominate Commander Geronimo Fontana for promotion to the Rank of Captain! Let us all raise our glasses in your honour! Welcome to the Captain's Club!

Promoted to Commander

  Since joining Bravo Fleet and Task Force 47, Aaron has been an absolute presence on the writing scene and especially since his last promotion. This is a man who produces a lot of content folks! Since his last promotion back in June 2022, Aaron has been a writing machine and the numbers reflect it. 417 Service Ribbons in 4 months for solo writing. That's over 100,000 words! In solo writing! Yikes! Then to top it off he's also contributed to 56 joint stories, earning the respective Duty Ribbons in that same time period. It's safe to say the man can write! Aaron's also been active in the competition scene as well, entering 7 competitions since his last promotion and pretty reasonably placing in each of them. That's a pretty good hit rate there! Throw in 64 Combat Action Ribbons from during the Fleet Action and you start to get the impression of someone who is hyper-keen on writing but also enjoys the other offers presented by Bravo Fleet for community engagement.
  
  All of these contributions activity were duly reflected in awards that have been presented to Aaron over the last four months. The Jonathan Archer Order of Merit just after the Fleet Action represented a good chunk of the activity Aaron produced during that period. The Starfleet Medal of Commendation was for Aaron's overall solid and consistent engagement and the Silver Plam was awarded for his continued activity just recently.
  
  When Aaron was promoted to Lieutenant Commander it seems a genie was released and there is no putting it back in the bottle. I'm wondering and looking forward to what might be released this time!
  
  With that, I'd like to take this opportunity to recommend Aaron for the rank of Commander with Bravo Fleet. His writing and level of engagement and content production are astounding and I can't wait to see what else he continues to get up to!

Promoted to Lieutenant Commander

  Since his last promotion, Aaron has continued to aim higher and higher. He's now level 7 on Discord, which is a testament to his engagement with the community since he joined Bravo Fleet. He's got a sizable collection of characters that he's expanding upon as the USS Erigone and her crew are fleshed out. Of particular note is Commander Ambrose Harris, captaining said vessel into the Sundered Wings FA. Aaron has also earned a total of 10 Duty Ribbons and 33 Service Ribbons since his last promotion, which is an absolute display of his writing total. And let's not forget that he's also completed the Character Creation Program as well! For all of this and his continued positive support of all in Bravo Fleet, I would like to recommend Aaron for promotion to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Nicely done and keep it up mate!

Promoted to Lieutenant

  Since his last promotion on 12 May, Aaron has continued in fine tradition with his activity in Bravo Fleet. He's now got a total of 8 Duty Ribbons to his name and earned himself way more than the 12 Service Ribbons needed for promotion. His writing efforts to date recently earned him a Medal of Achievement as well, which was awesomely deserved. Aaron has also expanded his collection of characters as he starts to detail the crew of the USS Erigone, which I can't wait to see more of. For these actions and his continued activity within Bravo Fleet, evident for all to see in his writing and engagement on Discord, I'd like to nominate Aaron to the rank of Lieutenant.

Promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade

  Since joining Bravo Fleet Aaron's has been on a writing mission! He's not only earned the 8 Service Ribbons he needed to make Lieutenant Junior Grade, but soared right past that with an absolutely staggering count of ribbons! He's following Bravo Fleet now on Twitter, which is much appreciated! He's also starting to bulk out his stable of characters, with a fairly well-developed bio in the form of Ensign Peter Crawford. I can't wait to see what he does with the rest of them actually! For all of these achievements, I'm recommending Peter for the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade and wishing him the best going forward! Nicely done!

  Peter Crawford hit the ground running as soon as he joined, flying through the cadet ranks with ease. Peter had completed the New Member Program at the Academy as well as authenticated his discord account on the Bravo Fleet Discord server. He has also taken the time to join a second RPG, Starbase Bravo, and has earned at least five service ribbons for his writings. It is my pleasure to nominate Peter for promotion to Ensign, can’t wait to see you continue to fly through the ranks, congratulations!
