Bravo Fleet
Summary
Darrin is currently the first officer on OverWatch Station and formerly a department head in security. He is a highly dedicated officer who prides himself on doing the best he can to ensure the safety of the crew as well as those in their area of the universe.
Appearance
Darrin wears his hair short and neat and is normally seen in the striking red uniform of a command officer. It is said that Darrin’s blue eyes can be both expressive and at times unreadable which is valuable for someone in his position.
Personality
Darrin comes across as a serious, no nonsense person. He can be all about business and at times, a down to earth person who relaxes with the crew and lets them see there is more to him than just the first officer.
Darrin believes in order to be an effective command officer he needs to be approachable for the crew, someone they can come to if they need advice or someone to talk to.
History
Darrin comes from a long line of Starfleet personnel. His father served on a starship, eventually having his own command. The first experience Darrin had, spending any real time on a planet was when he graduated from high school and was accepted at the academy and went into the security program.
After graduating from the academy, Darrin worked hard as a security officer to show his worth. He had high hopes for his future, one of which was to eventually become a command officer.
Darrin caught the eye of his command officers early and was soon fast tracking through security. However, after a serious discussion with one of his mentors he realized he needed to pay his dues, to get the hands on training and experience which is an important key to becoming a good command officer.
After giving his due diligence as a security chief, Darrin went to the Executive Officer Command Academy. Upon graduation, he accepted a position on OverWatch Station.
