Summary
Lieutenant Commander Dorian Holland is the Chief Diplomatic Officer and Command Judge Advocate aboard the starship Arcturus, where he is the ship’s expert in interstellar law and diplomatic protocol. A lawyer by training, Holland’s primary role is to ensure that any diplomatic engagements are handled within the four corners of Federation law, interstellar law, and any relevant treaties. While charming when he needs or wants to be, Holland has a reputation for being somewhat uptight and stuffy, given the dryness of the duties he’s assigned to.
