Tes Forrester

Tes Forrester is the Deputy Chief Engineer of the USS Endeavour. Young but capable, Forrester served aboard as the Head of Damage Control for several years. The losses on Frontier Day rendered her one of the department’s most veteran survivors, however, and in the following year she filled the gaps enough to earn her stripes as both a full lieutenant, and to be elevated to her present role.

Forrester is brilliant and talented, though known for being taciturn, sardonic, and judgemental. These were attributes which held back her career progress in the past, superiors wanting her to develop more as a colleague and leader before advancement. But crises in Starfleet personnel now render her, barely in her late twenties, something of a veteran. Like many, she is having to learn on the job – which includes how to manage subordinates without getting reported to Personnel for calling anyone stupid.
