The SS Lucre is a Ju’Day-class light freighter registered to Sebold Logistics, a private outfit that operates along the borderlands performing specialty and support services. Outwardly, Sebold Logistics is a boring and uninteresting civilian operation, but in reality, its founding purpose (by the now-deceased Captain Jake Lewis) was to draw a line against the darkness, and its contractors are more than willing to support Starfleet, civilian law enforcement, and vigilante groups like the Fenris Rangers in missions for higher purpose where their skills and inconspicuous stature would prove advantageous.
