The <i>USS Oroville</i> is a <i>California</i>-class ship assigned to Starbase 86 as a utility vessel, mostly devoted to transport and outreach with Federation outposts and allies inside The Triangle. Captain George Kansas spent his time at the academy studying the various space pirate and criminal syndicates in this region, hoping to increase the Federation’s border security and increasing harmony with its neighbors.
