A rise in attacks around a group of far-flung colonies raises concerns about a new antagonistic group. The Gagarin is assigned to investigate and help the colonies recover from the attacks. As the crew begins to work the case, things go from bad to worse as the attacks escalate and the mystery of the attackers’ identity deepens.
