Location: Overwatch Station, Command Center

Sotti was now entering the bridge. The two runabouts were now on the moon surface below. Sotti had spent several minutes socializing in the mess hall before coming up to the command center. 

Elsie noticed her approaching. “Welcome to the Command Center, Lieutenant. Exciting times ahead. The Paso Robles is in orbit, and they are getting re-supplied. However they are not coming aboard the station this time, so there are no security risks.” Elsie pointed out to her. 

“Thank you Ma’am. That’s a pity, I was hoping to meet with Lieutenant O’Connell, he owes me a few bars of latinum.” Sotti said in a teasing manner. 

“I guess you will have to wait till next time to collect the latinum.” Elsie said, as she went on to say. “We should be expecting an arrival soon, the USS Oakland she is getting her final clearances, to leave dock. She took quite the beating during the incident with the Vaadwaur. Her previous crew were reassigned, and she was assigned to us. I have Captain Coleman slated to command her.” Elsie said, trying to sound all business-like.

“Captain Coleman?” Sotti said, a little confused. “Are you taking a demotion ma’am?” Sotti asked, a little confused. Wondering why she would do that.

“No Captain Coleman, he is my husband.” Elsie said with a smile on her face. She could not help but smile. The two of them had gone through a lot over the years. Somehow they found time for love, time to start a family and most importantly, time for each other and time to advance their careers. 

Byron coming to the division was a blessing in a way. She would get to spend more time with him. But it would be slightly different, now she was his commanding officer. This would be the first time that happened since they both served together on the old luna class starship known as Sirona. 

“Do you want me to work on a clearance package for him on the station?” Sotti asked, assuming she was going to say yes, since it was husband. 

“When you have time, he wont be coming to the station immediately. I have a mission for him, as soon as he leaves Starbase Bravo.” Elsie pointed out to Sotti. 

“Understood.” Sotti simply said, she walked into the command center, and stood next to Elsie. 

“Were going to have a busy day, Lieutenant. We have three ships coming in today to drop off supplies for the station, not for the division. So I need you to work with Lieutenant Montoya on getting those supplies to the correct department, and to make sure they have the proper security clearances.” Elsie said, in a stoic tone. 

“I will over see it personally, Ma’am.” Sotti said, as she continued to listen in. 

“Some of those supplies are for Lieutenant Uzo, so please coordinate with her as well.” Elsie suggested to her. 

“Understood, I will reach out to her shortly.” Sotti said, being straight to the point.

“That should cover the morning activities.” Elsie said with a big grin on her face. 

“It will be a fun morning indeed.” Sotti said with a big grin. 

“I really appreciate you, Lieutenant.” Elsie said with a big warm smile on her face, as the scene starts to fade away.
