Location: Overwatch Station, OLSD Office

“Hello Lieutenant Montoya.” Sotti said as she walked into the OLSD Office. She could see Armando focused on his monitor.

“Hello Lieutenant. What brings you by?” Armando asked curiously.

“Commodore Coleman wanted me to coordinate with you about today’s deliveries. There going to the station and not the Paso Robles.” Sotti said with a warm smile.

“Lucky you, playing delivery service.” Armando said with a big grin on his face.

“For parts not coffee.” Sotti pointed out to Armando.

“Pity, I could really use a good cup of coffee.” Armando said with a big teasing grin on his face.

“Apparently the science division is requesting a lot of supplies, according to this manifest. ” Sotti said, as she handed the data pad over to Armando to review.

“I hope you plan on asking their scientist to help with this, you should not take it all on your own.” Armando suggested to Sotti.

“I have asked, a couple of scientist will meet me in cargo bay two, after that I have a delivery for sickbay and then counseling. I am not sure, what supplies a counselor needs, but I have a request.” Sotti said, wondering how she got roped in to working logistics? She is a security chief.

“I really appreciate your help, I mean it.” Armando said, as he was trying to show his appreciation for her assistance.

“No problem, I will be heading to Cargo Bay Two now.” Sotti said, she wanted to get done with this assignment. She wanted to get back to her own duties.

“Understood, good luck Lieutenant.” Armando said as she left. She made her deliveries to the science labs.

After the science labs, Sotti then headed to Sickbay.

Location: Overwatch Station, Sickbay

Sotti walked into sickbay, and with a big grin on her face, she had a couple of small boxes in her hands.

“Are those my new chips?” Quincy asked, with a big smile on his face. He had been waiting on those chips, since he arrived on the station.

“I’m not sure. I was told to deliver these here, so here I am.” Sotti said, as she handed him the box.

“Sotti, you are a life saver.” Quincy said as the smile on his face grew bigger and bigger. He was so happy, when he noticed they were the chips.

“What’s so important about these chips?” Sotti asked, she was curious to see why he was so excited for them.

“Upgraded software version and new stronger levels of encryption to prevent outsiders from hacking my internal systems. The station was running on obsolete data, needed to get these new chips, in order to increase security and confidently. It’s why I asked Commodore Coleman for you to bring them down to me, so we can incorporate them into the main frame.”

“Oh I see, then let me give you hand.” Sotti said as the scene starts to fade with both officers working to upgrade the sickbay operating procedures, with new security protocols.

Location: Overwatch Station, Counseling Office

Sotti walked into the counseling office. She wondered why she was called down to counseling. “Hello?” Sotti called out, as she looked around?

“Oh hey Sotti, over here.” Zacariah said, as he was in his office, she was in the main waiting area of his office.

“How can I help you?” Sotti asked, as she slowly made her way over to his office.

“Your suppose to have a package for me, right?” Zacariah asked, as he noticed her holding a small box.

“Ya right here.” Sotti said, as she started to hand it to him.

“Actually its for you, I was told how much you hate gifts, but your former Captain asked me to give it to you.” Zacariah said to her, with a warm smile on his face.

“Remind me to call Captain Torales later.” Sotti said, a little annoyed but also curious. What did he give her? She opened the package, and noticed it was a little silouhette. She smiled as she looked at it.

“It looks like a small statue.” Zacariah said, as he hoped that Sotti would talk about it. He was curious to know more about it.

“It is. This was in the Captain’s ready room. He knew I kept looking at it, every time I was in his ready room. He knew how nervous I was, when I would go to his room. He knew I focused on it, to help me talk to him.” Sotti said, with a humbling smile.

“So he gave it to you, to help you focus on your new assignment?” Zacariah asked.

“I believe so. But I am not sure.” Sotti said, as she looked at the statue.

“Maybe you can place it in your office, it can help you or help one of your subordinates?” Zacariah pointed out to her.

“Perhaps it will indeed. Thank you for the suggestion.” Sotti said as the scene starts to fade away.
