The Paso Robles would be entering service Bravo in the morning, until they do their be escorting the USS Oakland back to Overwatch Station. Renato knew it was a babysitting assignment, but sometimes they are good you give the chance for the crew to recover from the events regarding the Vaadwaur Supremecy.
Renato had requested another counselor to come aboard the Paso robles. He had all the utmost faith and ability in Lieutenant Lox. But there are a lot of people requesting services and he had her on a 48-hour hold. So her schedule is completely bombarded. So he had requested Starfleet to send him another counselor to help support. Initially he wasn’t going to fill a second to roll for counselor but now after seeing what happened he started second guessing why he ever thought it would be okay not to fulfill the complete counseling department.
And it’s on thoughts he considered the possibility that maybe his own personal bias against therapy might have been his reasoning for thinking they only needed one counselor on a ship this size.
But he couldn’t last on biased to cloud his judgment, he was the commanding officer of the ship and he needed to act like it and he knew that. So their new assistant chief counselor wouldn’t meet them on Starbase Bravo when they rendezvous with the USS Oakland.

Zara is starting to get a little bed written but she knew enlisted 24 hours she be getting released from this place. Currently the chief medical officer was helping Jaxon Thorne, so she decided to mind her own business and just read a novel that Commander Solwick had left for her.
It was just another sappy earth-based romance novel. For a species that are very emotional, they’re literacy was certainly vast. It was one of the few things at Zara really appreciated about the human culture. Very diversity in the amount of literature they could produce in the variations of it was just inspiring.
She just sat up in her bed, her back being supported by the bile bed that was converted up 45° so she could actually sit up and was just reading there. For her that was the hardest part was just sitting there and doing absolutely nothing all day. She wanted to get out of that bed and go do things. She wasn’t disabled and she wasn’t injured she’s just supposed to be taking it easy
Maybe this was the institute’s way of torturing her because the fact that she didn’t want to come to Trill, to make her sit and wait for a couple days. Typically she wasn’t a conspiracy theorist but this seemed a bit excessive to her.
Since she had no control over the situation and she was forced to sit there, she made the most of it if she could trying to keep a positive attitude.
All of a sudden Renato walked into sick bay, he wanted to check in on Zara. “How are you feeling?”
“Like I want to work sir, I know I’m ready. Please get me out of here!” Zara said, making one last plea attempt with the commanding officers and he opened the door to this line of questioning and reasoning.
“I’m thinking about having a release today but I still don’t want you working till tomorrow but at least get around walk around enjoy the mess well maybe the holiday have some fun the work will be there tomorrow. But there is another reason I wanted to talk to you.”
“Are you sure, I can leave here?” Zara said with a big smile on her face almost forgetting the fact that he hadn’t mention that he wanted to talk to her about something else.
“I did but I still need to talk to you first.” Renatos said to her, letting himself filled up a momentum to tell her that he gave her an assistant chief.
“All right Captain what’s on your mind?” Is our I asked wondering what was going on.
“I I have requested another counselor she’ll be your assistant chief.” Renato said that he handed her a data pad with the information regarding Ensign Riana Uzo.
“I thought you didn’t want to counselor sir?” Zara ass a little confused, wondering why he changes mind all of a sudden.
“I realize my bias was probably getting the best of me, also I’m getting a lot of request and because the fact I put you on a t-day bed rest your backflow logs are getting full and that’s not your fault I also realize that asking you to be one council for everybody on the ship was just unrealistic and for that I apologize.” Renato said with the humbling tone.
“I appreciate that sir, when will she come aboard?” Zara asked, wondering how long she had to handle the case studs by herself.
“Tomorrow, she does Starbase Bravo waiting for us to pick her up.” Renato advised her. He was a little shocked that he can get somebody on such short notice but he was able to.
“Thank you Captain, I really appreciate it.” Zara said, as she continued to review the file.

Mira was on the bridge while the captain was down in sick Bay. “Helm are we still on course, I know that’s a silly question to ask especially with somebody with your navigational skills but I’m asking anyways.” Mira said with the teasing grin on her face.
“Affirmative Commander, the navigation course is continuously monitored for any fluctuations in the navigational charts.” T’Shan pointed out to Mira.
“I can confirm from the science station that we are on course. Our navigational charts are on point.” Lira said as she had her best friends back.
Malek smiled as she decided to get in on the action. “The security tanners are also calibrated and saying we’re on course, Commander.” He said with the big green it was clear that all three of them were now picking on Mira.
“Okay I deserve that you three.” Mary said being a good sport about it. You look around the room and really like this crew and thought it would be hard someday to leave them when she got promoted to captain. But she wondered if she would have a crew like this when she became captain.
Luckily for Mira that was still a little ways off she assumed somewhere between 2 to 10 years. It was no guarantee at 2 years she would get her own command but she knew she would probably be considered around that time frame.
There was a lot of qualified people just begging and itching for their own commands, there was no reason to believe that she would be bumped in front of them.
“I do have a question for you Commander?” T’Shan asked if she looked over to Mira.
“And will that be?” Mirror ass and she waited for her Vulcan heldman to ask her question.
“I’m pretty sure I can speak for the crew when I ask, when can we expect another one of your shindig parties?” T’Shan asked, just last night they had a wild party, and most of them had really enjoyed it.
“Having another one isn’t that hard to do as far as planning but let’s see how our mission so far with the Oakland goes maybe after we pick them up and we start heading back to Overwatch we ca
n plan another shindig.” Mira suggested as the scene starts to fade away.
