The Anaheim is a California class starship, assigned to Task Force 17. As a utility vessel, it serves its mandate supporting and resupplying other Task force assets.

The USS Anaheim, is a workhorse. Built for a variety of missions, it is constantly moving through the Sectors, the cargo hold brimming with parts and components needed for those exploring the far flung reaches of space.
At first glance, the Anaheim teems with the spirit of Starfleet, the burning need to explore and turn their energy to making themselves better fills the crew. A young, unpolished Commander taking the chair, able to pick other officers that mixed youth and excitement with the spirit of Zephram Cochrane. All of them have dreamed of working among the stars, keeping the light of the Federation burning in the dimmer reaches of space.
As a California-class utility cruiser, it cannot hope to brave the depths of uncharted space many of the other larger ships do, but they work hard to embrace the diligence and passion that make Starfleet vessels the envy of other spacefaring races.
Eager, passionate and trained to know that the search for knowledge never truly ends, the crew of the Anaheim knows a life among the stars requires a never ending thirst for knowledge. It is that spirit which infuses the Anaheim on it’s missions.
