One of the more recent Sovereign-class ships to set forth from Antares Fleet Yards following its relocation from Utopia Planitia in 2385, Britannia has seen just over a decade of service in Starfleet. Featuring several upgrades to its sensor packages, auxiliary services and intelligence-gathering facilities, Britannia currently serves as Task Force 47’s advance vanguard. Intended to operate in the distant unaligned regions beyond the border for extended periods without support, the ship and crew proudly hold the torch of the Federation high, as they ride the waves into the fresh new horizon.
